Hillside location whilst is not steep does mean that in places it is not pushchair friendly.

The area...
Just outside the hotel there are a few tavernas and small shops or Moraitika is the nearest resort (quaint, fishing harbour, shops, restaurants etc.) 2km away.
Corfu Town, a Venetian style capital which is reputedly one of Greece’s loveliest towns is just 18km away and there is a local bus that stops outside the hotel. The Old Town now a UNESCO world heritage site is not to be missed especially the magnificent flower-filled French style town squares including the central Spiniada Esplanade where, English style summer cricket matches are held. At the northern end lies the elegant palace of St Michael and St George whilst at the western end the beautiful Parisian Liston boasts fine restaurants and cafes. The 16th century St Spyridon Church contains mummified remains of the island’s patron saint, and Panaghia Spiliotissa Cathedral contains important Byzantine icons. There’s fashionable shopping in the new part of town, and cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and a vibrant nightlife around the port area.
In the surrounding area there are lovely coves, lush forests and picturesque villages worth exploring.

What will the weather be like...
Corfu, the largest of the Ionian Islands has a Mediterranean climate with dry hot summers and mild winters.
July and August are consistently the hottest months averaging daytime temperatures of just over 30 degrees and nightime temperatures of around 20 degrees.
At the beginning of the summer season in May expect temperatures to average 22 degrees with 8-10 hours sunshine and by mid-May any significant rain is unlikely although a light jacket would be needed for the evening. By June temperatures will be averaging 25 degrees rising through the month to 30, the evenings getting warmer too.
September is similar to June although in October the weather can start to be unpredictable with some rainy days and temperatures around 20 degrees, cooler at night.

Hightlights:
Overall quality of the hotel itself, especially food in the buffet restaurant. Staff in the kids club very engaged to give kids a great time.
Kids pool area was very nice and pebbly beach is amazing for kids as well.
Also location - great to have local tavernas/shops in walking distance and a bus stop just outside!
Advice:
The hotel is on a hill so keep in mind that you will need to navigate stairs/ lifts/ ramps to get around. All areas are accessible via lifts and/ or ramps but it does most times involve a detour. If you really need a pram with you at all times this is probably not the most suitable hotel.
