All rooms, suites and villas receive 24hr room service*, turndown service and luxury toiletries.
The Villa Club offers a more personalized experience, with a boutique, ‘hotel within a hotel’ feel, thanks to its unique configuration. Four lanes of two-story casitas provide a total of 144 guest rooms and suites – with lanes Palmera, Iraya and Tacande offering access to a semi-private pool, while Del Mar lane features an Adults-Only Infinity Pool.
The Ritz Carlton Abama is truely unique with the many interconnecting room configurations it can offer in both the Citadel and the Villa Club. Please contact us for details. We especially recommend the interconnecting rooms and 2 bedroom family suites for families.
There is also an 'adult only' accommodation area where the Tagor Villas can be found. We do not feature the prices on our website as children are not allowed but would be happy to provide a quote should these be of interest to some of your party.

The area...
The largest of the Canary Islands there is far more diversity than you might expect: historical, cultural, nature, sporty or just plain holiday fun, nothing is too far away and most are family friendly.
For sheer fun, a short drive away you have Siam Park, a fabulous outside waterpark, suitable for tots to teens which is impressive even if it is not for you in the UK.
A little further afield is Loro Parque, a fabulous day out with the knowledge that it is not just another theme park but also a conservation based organisation and foundation, it is well worth a visit. Entertaining attractions include a Sea-Lion show, Dolphin show, Penguinarium with a reproduction Antarctic climate – a stunning exhibit.
There are plenty of watersports although these are not arranged from the beach directly in front of the hotel (it is a protected area and blissfully no motorised watersports are allowed in that stretch of water). You do not have to travel far though to find windsurfing, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing and many more. Whale and dolphin watching has become a popular activity in Tenerife too.
There is a cable car that takes you almost to the top of Mount Teide where you can enjoy a drink admiring the sweeping views on a clear day.
Of course there are many sports facilities too - numerous golf courses, tennis...
