Cap Roig Restaurant: A relaxed restaurant with open terrace and extensive outdoor seating under the pines and olive trees overlooking the sea and the nearby pool. The restaurant is named after the local fish Cap Roig, known for its bright red colour and intense flavour. Delicious, fresh seafood and the best local Mediterranean produce are served for lunch and dinner. The bespoke, temperature controlled glass-fronted wine cellar keeps a wide variety of Spanish and international wines, with a main focus on local Mallorcan wines.
Es Fanals Restaurant: A bright casual restaurant serving lunch and dinner, weather permitting. The restaurant features an open kitchen and is decorated in truly Mallorcan style with its wooden ceiling and mosaic floors. Located on the highest point of the resort, it enjoys stunning views of the sea. The menu includes authentic Spanish and Mallorcan tapas style dishes as well as all-time favourites and a delicious and healthy menu for children. The restaurant’s name derives from the wordfanal, meaning glass lantern in Mallorquí. In honour of the ancient lanterns used for centuries by local fishermen, there is a stunning centre piece of lights constructed from different coloured glassfanals.
Sunset Lounge: A structure made of brilliantly coloured onyx forms the centrepiece of this comfortable and relaxing cocktail bar located on the upper floor of the main hotel building which enjoys 180-degree views of the Tramuntana mountain range, the fishing port and the open sea. This is without a doubt the place to watch the sun go down whilst enjoying delicious cocktails.
Sa Talaia Pool Bar: A comfortable outdoor seating area under the pine trees and overlooking the sea. Located next to the swimming pool, this casual pool bar offers relaxed al fresco dining during the warmer months from the Spring through to October.
Infinity Pool Bar: A relaxing place to enjoy refreshing cocktails and juices, and the best of local produce-fresh fish and citric fruits turned into delicious ceviche. It is located next to the infinity pool with uninterrupted sea views. During the winter months a warming fire keeps the chill at bay.
Lobby Bar: Located in the main entrance hall with its circular shaped, 15âmetre high tower that includes an impressive glass dome, the relaxing lobby bar serves drinks and snacks all day long.

Sa Talaia Pool is a supervised swimming pool, heated so children can swim year round and is ideal for families with young children. Parents will be able to relax by the pool, located adjacent to Cap Roig Restaurant.
The infinity pool is only open to children over 12 years old.

The area...
A car is useful to explore but not essential for a family holiday in this beautiful corner of Mallorca with a shuttle bus, taxi or walk (about 15 minutes for the energetic downhill, much longer back up and would depend on the ages of your kids) into the pretty fishing village of Port de Soller with its lovely marina, beach and charming restaurants and bars.
Both beaches are fairly narrow (at around 10 metres) but the seas is calm and shallow. You can hire sun loungers and canoes on the beach.
Behind the beach lies the promenade lined with cafes and the tram line. The vintage tram takes you along the beach front and up to Soller (inland village) and is a tourist attraction in itself as well as being a handy mode of transport and fun or course!
The harbour is busy with every type of boat and Port de Soller is the starting point for several boat trips along the coast; the trip to the beauty spot of Sa Calobra and there are many hidden coves along the coast line, great for snorkelling.
For a day trip to the capital, Palma with shops, restaurants and famous cathedral you can take the train from Soller - its a beautiful ride.
There are plenty of more adventurous days that can be organised through the hotel with hikes in the mountains, boat trips to neighbouring islands, watersports in nearby resorts or play golf at the course located nearby or at any of the 20 courses on the island.
What will the weather be like...
Mallorca enjoys hot sunny summers, mild winters and pleasant Spring and Autumn temperatures.
Towards the end of May until September is reliably hot with long sunny day with 10 hours sunshine, little rainfall and daily average highs of 26-29 degrees and warm nights dropping just below 20 degrees.
April, May and October are often warm and sunny with average temperatures in the low 20's but can be a little unreliable especially in October with an average of 6 hours sunshine a day - April has 7 and May 10 hours. All months can experience occasional rain.
The winter months are mild with average daily temperatures of 14 - 18 degrees, coolest in December, January and February. Evenings are cool and there is some rain but average hours of sunshine per day even in December is 4 compared to 1 in London!
