What will the weather be like...
The weather in Barbados is mostly sunny and warm all year round making an excellent family destination. The high daytime temperature has an average of 24° to 29°C and this temperature drops slightly in the evening.
The dry season runs from January to June, where any rain comes in short and refreshing bursts.
The south coast offers gentle waves that are ideal for water sports and general swimming and there are annual surfing competitions that are brilliant to watch.
The north and east coast face the Atlantic Ocean, so swimming is prevented due to strong currents. However, small bay are protected for some enjoyment and the scenery is absolutely magnificent.
