Dharma restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine in a contemporary, stylish setting and a terrace with breathtaking views. Thre is also a deli-cafe and pool side snack bar (seasonal).
La Manga Club Resort offers many other restaurants close by including Asian, Spanish, Mediterranean and Mexican restaurants as well as bars and cafe's (some seasonal)
Babysitting:
Yes, from 6pm with the Junior Club Staff. This is not an official service, but is a way for the nursery staff to supplement their wages. For up to 3 children €15 per hour – minimum 3 hours.
There is a form in the Junior Club which should be completed locally. They will only call if they cannot make your times and dates, they do not ring to confirm.

Babies:
From 3-14 months €60 per half day or €85 for a full day. Morning session ( 9;00 till 13:00) , afternoon session ( 14:30 till 18:00) and full day ( 9:00 till 18:00) .

Some of the restaurants open at 18.00 for dinner and some are open from 07.30 until 21.30 as well for example the Deli Cafe at the Las Lomas Village, so early suppers are possible. Most restaurants have child menus.

There is a better stretch of beach at Mar Menor, (about 10 minute drive) but there are no facilities at all, as it’s just a traditional village.

The Area
The La Manga Club Resort is situated amongst the hills that separate the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor Sea in Murcia, southern Spain. Located in the south of the Costa Blanca, this region is called Costa Cálida which means ‘warm coast’, due to its year-round Mediterranean sunny climate.
Family Holidays at La Manga Club can be as active or relaxing as you choose and in addition to the sports facilities at la Manga you can enjoy the beach at Mar Menor (La Manga's inland sea). The sea is shallow and sheltered perfect you young children. Although not far you do need to leave the resort for the most family friendly beaches and a car would be essential.
Cabo de Palos is just 10 minutes away and has some traditional restaurants along the harbour front and a weekly market. The historic Cities of Murcia and Cartegena are also close by and well worth a vist both to see everyday Spanish life as well as a rich legacy from their ancient history.
La Manga del Mar Menor is a resort town in Murcia, Spain. The La Manga is a spit of land which separates the Mediterranean Sea from the Mar Menor (Minor Sea). Due to it being located between two seas, La Manga Club is also an ideal place for water sports.
Whilst La Manga is a European playground to enjoy it is well worth a trip outside into the 'real' Spain!
What will the weather be like...
The weather in La Manga in the South of Spain is very sunny all year with the coldest month of January still enjoying an average of 7 hours sunshine a day!
The main summer is from early June to the end of September when the average daytime temperatures range from 25 – 30 degrees with very little rain and an average of 10-13 hours sunshine per day! October still benefits from an average of 22 degrees and May and pleasant 19 degrees with 9 and 12 hours daily sunshine respectively.
Winter is warm compared to the rest of Europe. November - February are the coolest month experiencing average daytime temperatures of 15-18 degrees Celsius but still very sunny with 7-8 hours sunshine a day.
The sea is warmest between July - September.
