1. Siam Park, Tenerife
Voted number one water park in the world on TripAdvisor in 2014 and 2015, these awards give you an idea of how fantastic this waterpark is. Situated in Tenerife, this park boasts a Thai theme with huge dragons and slides named after snakes, adding superb adventure to the day. Although many of the rides are for the older thrill-seeking children, there are wonderful slides and pools for the little ones to enjoy.
2. Happy Magic Water Cube, Beijing
Built inside of what was the aquatics centre for the Beijing Olympics is the striking Happy Magic Water Cube. This iconic water park is decorated wonderfully with enormous jelly fish and huge water bubbles hanging from the ceiling. Filled with colour, decoration and brilliant slides this is certainly one of the best in the world.
3. Aquaventure, Atlantis the Palm, Dubai
Families are transported to a dazzling imaginative world at Atlantis the Palm water park. One of Dubai’s most renowned water parks, Aquaventure encompasses 42 acres abundant with fun for all ages. A specially designed children’s play area, Splashers, will provide them with heaps of entertainment whilst older children can explore the heart-pumping slides or get up close with sharks and stingrays.
4. Aqua Park, France
Slightly different from our other picks of waterparks, this park in France is more like an inflatable obstacle course, situated in the sea. Giant floating water slides, zorb-style inflatable balls, climbing walls and swings, the entertainment is endless. Live music also adds an exciting atmosphere. Open every day from June to September, this awesome inflatable park is ideal for an exciting day out on your family holiday.
